• When will I receive my gallery?

Approximately 14-20 days

• Do I need to pay a retainer?

 Yes, all sessions to be booked must have a retainer paid upon signing contract. Retainer is non-refundable.

• Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, if you want me to be your photographer a contract must be signed. This contract includes what you as the client can expect from me. Also, information of my policy and procedures for my business. 

• What is a model release in the contract?

This means that you give me permission to use the images I produce of you for advertising or simply share the images. 

• What does it mean when you as a photographer have copyright?

The copyright means I as the photographer am the owner of the images and you or anyone may not use them in any way to profit or gain in any manner from the images. Such as you may not use the images to enter any contest or sell the image online. You must receive my permission in order to do so. 

• What is the difference between copyright of images and model release?

The difference between both is that copyright is referring to the ownership of the images and model release is referring to consenting to allow your images to be shared on social media. 

• What if I don’t want you to share my images on your portfolio?

That is perfectly fine! I will happily remove the model release clause. I will not share them anywhere. 

• Can I have copyright of my images?

You certainly can. There will be a fee if you want ownership of your images. Inform me before you sign the contract that you want the copyrights. 

• What happens when I receive copyrights to my images?

I will give you all the images and I will delete all that I have. I cannot under any circumstances use the images once I sign copyrights to you. 

• Can I edit my images or put a filter on them?

No, you cannot alter the images in anyway. This will not be a representation of my work. I as the photographer hold full creativity of the editing process.

• What if I’m looking for a specific edit style, can you do it for me?

No, I am sorry but if you came to be it is because you like my work. If you prefer a different editing style than mine, I can make recommendations for other photographers to fit your needs. 

• Do you give out raw images?

No. Under no circumstances will I give raw images.

• What are raw images?

This images contain unprocessed data. They are not edited and require specific software to be processed. 

• What if I cannot make it to the session?

 I will allow one complimentary reschedule. After that a fee will be applied if needed to reschedule. 

• What if I need to cancel my session? All monies paid will be refunded EXCEPT for the retainer. 

• Is the retainer refundable?

No, it is not. 

• Do you travel outside of Maryland?

Yes, travel fees will be applied. I travel to Texas, California, & Mexico.

• Do you have to add state tax to my payment?

Yes, I am a legal business and required to collect state taxes.

• Do you offer discounts?

I only offer a 10% discount to military, reserves, veterans, active duty, and retired. Proof of military status will be needed.
